HEVRA (the Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Repair Alliance) is a UK network of independent garages assessed for their ability to service and repair electric and hybrid vehicles, with access to shared technical support. HEVRA approval is one of the strongest signals that a garage genuinely works on EVs day to day.
Is this page run by HEVRA?
No. The EV Pros is independent of HEVRA. We check our listings against HEVRA’s published member directory every month and show the approval where it matches, so you can find HEVRA members near you and compare them alongside reviews and Trust Scores.
How do you verify HEVRA approval?
An automated monthly check compares every listing against the member directory HEVRA publishes on its own website. Matches are flagged on the listing with the HEVRA badge and feed into the Trust Score. If a garage leaves the network, the badge is removed at the next check.
Does a HEVRA garage cost more than a main dealer?
Usually the opposite. HEVRA members are independent garages, and independents are typically cheaper than main dealers for servicing and repair, while the network membership gives them EV specific technical backup. Always compare quotes for your specific job.
What if there is no HEVRA garage near me?
