1. Agreement

By using The EV Pros website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide a directory of EV repair centres, a community forum, and tools for businesses to list their services. We do not guarantee the quality of work or services provided by listed businesses.

Our Get Matched service is an introduction service: we pass your enquiry to up to three matched specialist businesses and give you their public contact details. We do not guarantee that any business will respond, quote, or take on the work, and any contract for work is between you and the business directly. For listed businesses: driver enquiries are provided for the purpose of responding to that driver only, and must not be used for unrelated marketing. Businesses can opt out of receiving enquiries at any time by emailing hello@theevpros.com.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Listings

Business listings must be accurate and not misleading. We may remove listings that breach our guidelines or these terms.

5. Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are at our discretion. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not: spam, harass others, post false information, or use the site for illegal purposes.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory or from transactions with listed businesses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
