Pro is £95 a month plus VAT with no long-term contract and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. If you cancel with more than one listing, your first listing stays live and the rest are hidden rather than deleted, and resubscribing brings them straight back.

Yes, on Pro. A single Pro subscription covers up to 10 listings, so you can list every branch, depot or trading name you run from one login, each with its own address, services, photos, opening hours and analytics. Add them from the "Your Listings" tab in your dashboard using the Add another listing button. On the free plan you get one listing.
Nothing is deleted. Your first listing stays live and the rest are hidden from the directory, sitting in your dashboard exactly as you left them. Resubscribe and they go back online straight away.
Claiming an existing listing is usually confirmed the same day. A brand new listing is typically live within 24 hours after verification. Every listing goes through the same check, including the extra ones on Pro.
You'll need your business name, address, postcode, services offered, contact information, and optionally photos of your business.
Yes. You can update any of your listings anytime through your dashboard. Changes are typically reflected immediately.
Free results are ordered by Trust Score, which is recalculated nightly from reviews, qualifications, accreditations and how complete the listing is. Claiming adds 8 points on its own, and a claimed, filled-in listing scores higher than the bare record we started with. Paying does not touch Trust Score at all; Pro buys a separate, clearly labelled sponsored slot above the free results.
